Do you have problems using NiceLabel software or a
technical question?
Please do one of the following:
- Visit FAQ
section. Your question might have already been answered and you will
find a step-by-step procedure to solve the problem.
- If there is not a usable workaround for a problem, program
updates and bugfixes section can be of assistance to you.
- If your problem still has not been solved, please
contact your local vendor or send an e-mail to NiceLabel Technical Support.
- Please send all of the following required information:
- Version of the Windows operating system.
- Version of the NiceLabel software. This information can be found in About dialog box from Help menu.
- Version of the NiceDriver for your particular thermal printer.
- Include detailed description of your problems. Explain what you did to come across a program error. Specify the steps so technicians can reproduce the error in a test environment.
- Attach the necessary files to be able to reproduce the error in test environment. Include label file, form file, graphics and database file.
- Attach a screenshot of the dialog box with error message.
